Dermal Fillers
Restore volume, enhance definition, create balance — without ever looking "done."
As we age, our skin gradually loses volume, hydration and structure — cheeks soften, lips thin, the jawline loses its edge. Dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid, a substance your body already produces naturally, to gently restore that lost volume and support your skin from within. At K Aesthetics, every filler treatment is bespoke: we listen to what you'd like to soften or enhance, assess your unique facial structure, and build a plan around your features — not a one-size-fits-all template.
How it works
Hyaluronic acid filler is injected beneath the skin at carefully chosen points to restore volume, smooth lines, or refine contours — commonly used for cheeks, lips, jawline, chin, and smoothing nasolabial folds (the lines from nose to mouth). The gel integrates with your skin's own tissue, adding structure and hydration exactly where it's needed. Because it's placed with precision and in natural amounts, the goal is always enhancement your friends notice, not a treatment they can point to.
What to expect
Your appointment starts with a consultation — discussing your goals, assessing your face, and agreeing together on the right amount and placement before anything happens. A fine needle or cannula is used to place the filler, and most areas take 30–45 minutes. Many clients see results immediately, with any swelling settling to reveal the final look over the following 1–2 weeks.
Downtime and recovery
Most people return straight to normal activities the same day. It's common to have some temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or minor bruising at injection points, usually settling within a few days. We'll always talk you through what's typical for the specific area being treated during your consultation.
Before and aftercare
Before: avoid blood-thinning medication or alcohol for 24–48 hours where possible, and let us know if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or on any new medication.
After: avoid touching or applying makeup to the treated area for the first 12 hours, skip strenuous exercise, saunas and sunbeds for 24–48 hours, and avoid facials or other facial treatments for two weeks. We provide full written aftercare guidance after every appointment and are always here for any follow-up questions.
Results typically last 6–18 months depending on the area treated and your individual metabolism — something we'll discuss honestly during your consultation so you know what to expect.

Fillers work best as part of a considered, personalised plan — not a rushed decision. Book a consultation and we'll talk through your goals together, with no obligation to proceed.
Facial Contouring
Bespoke treatment for enhanced facial harmony and definition.
Facial contouring isn't about changing who you are — it's about bringing balance and definition to the features you already have. Using dermal filler placed strategically across the face, we can sharpen a jawline, add structure to cheekbones, refine a chin, or restore symmetry — all mapped to your individual bone structure and proportions, not a generic template.
How it works
Rather than treating one area in isolation, contouring looks at the face as a whole. During your consultation, we assess how your features relate to one another — jaw, cheeks, chin, temples — and build a plan using hyaluronic acid filler to add or redistribute volume where it creates the most natural improvement in balance and definition. Because it's filler-based, changes are gradual, controllable, and reversible if your plans ever change.
What to expect
After your consultation and facial assessment, filler is injected at the agreed points using a fine needle or cannula. A full contouring session typically takes 45–60 minutes depending on how many areas are involved. Structure and definition are visible straight away, with any swelling easing over the following 1–2 weeks to reveal the settled result.
Downtime and recovery
Most clients go straight back to their normal day. Temporary swelling, tenderness, redness or minor bruising around treated areas is common and typically settles within a few days — we'll flag anything specific to your treatment plan beforehand so nothing catches you by surprise.
Before and aftercare
Before: avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for 24–48 hours where possible, and tell us about any medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding beforehand.
After: keep the area clean and avoid makeup for the first 12 hours, skip intense exercise, saunas, sunbeds and facials for 24–48 hours, and avoid additional facial treatments for two weeks. You'll receive full written aftercare advice, and we're always available if you have questions as you heal.
Results generally last 9–18 months depending on the areas treated, your skin, and your metabolism — we'll be upfront about longevity for your specific plan during consultation.

Under-Eye Treatments
Refresh and rejuvenate the delicate eye area.
Tiredness, hollowing and dark shadows under the eyes are often less about sleep and more about lost volume — as we age, the tear trough (the groove between the lower eyelid and cheek) can hollow out, casting shadows that make us look more tired than we feel. Using a specialist hyaluronic acid filler designed for this delicate area, we can gently restore that volume, softening shadows and smoothing the transition between eye and cheek — leaving you looking rested, not restyled.
How it works
The under-eye area is thin-skinned and delicate, so this treatment uses a lighter, softer filler formulated specifically for that region, placed with a fine needle or cannula along the tear trough. The aim is subtle, natural volume restoration — softening hollows and shadows while keeping the eye area looking like your own, just less tired.
What to expect
Your consultation includes a close assessment of the under-eye area, since suitability varies more here than almost anywhere else on the face — skin quality, existing volume and any fine lines all factor in. The treatment itself typically takes 20–30 minutes. Some initial puffiness is normal immediately afterwards, with the final smoother result visible after this settles over 1–2 weeks.
Downtime and recovery
This is a more delicate area than cheeks or jawline, so mild swelling, puffiness or bruising is more common here and can occasionally take a little longer to settle — typically up to a week. Most clients still return to normal activities the same day, though we'll always talk through realistic expectations for your skin specifically during consultation.
Before and aftercare
Before: avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medication for 24–48 hours where possible, and let us know about any allergies, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
After: avoid rubbing or applying makeup to the area for 12 hours, sleep slightly elevated the first night if you can, and avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and sunbeds for 24–48 hours. Cold compresses can help with any puffiness. Full written aftercare is provided after your appointment, and we're always happy to answer questions as you heal.
Results typically last 9–12 months, varying by individual skin and metabolism.
Ready to look as rested as you feel?
The under-eye area rewards a careful, conservative approach over a rushed one. Book a consultation and we'll assess honestly whether this treatment is the right fit for you.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Soften fine lines and wrinkles while keeping your expression natural.
Expression lines — across the forehead, between the brows, around the eyes — form from years of natural muscle movement. Anti-wrinkle injections work by gently relaxing those specific muscles, softening the lines they create while leaving the rest of your expression untouched. At K Aesthetics the aim is always the same: you, just a little more rested-looking — never frozen, never obviously "done."
How it works
A fine needle is used to place small, precise amounts of product into targeted facial muscles. Over the following days, those muscles relax, softening the lines above them, while surrounding muscles continue to move as normal — which is why natural, expressive results depend so much on placement and dosing being right for your face specifically.
What to expect
Your appointment starts with a thorough consultation: talking through the areas that bother you, assessing your facial movement, and discussing medical history to confirm suitability. Treatment itself is quick, usually 15–20 minutes. Results aren't immediate — it typically takes 3–14 days for the full effect to develop as the muscles gradually relax.
Downtime and recovery
There's generally no real downtime — most clients return to normal activities straight away. Small bumps at injection sites usually settle within an hour, and occasional mild redness or bruising can occur but typically fades quickly.
Before and aftercare
Before: avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medication for 24–48 hours where possible, and disclose any medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding beforehand — this treatment isn't suitable during either.
After: stay upright and avoid lying down for 4 hours, skip strenuous exercise, facials, saunas and sunbeds for 24 hours, and avoid touching or massaging the treated area unless we've specifically advised it. Full written aftercare is provided, and we're always here for follow-up questions as results develop.
Results typically last 3–4 months before movement gradually returns, which is why many clients build this into a regular routine — something we can plan together.
